Villa La Perla se nalazi na samom početku ulaza u stari grad Cavtat. To je lijepa kamena kuća okružena prekrasnim mediteranskim cvjetnjakom. Sjedeći na terasi uživat ćete u prekrasnom pogledu na more, Cavtat, Stari grad Dubrovnik i na zapadu na Župski zaljev.

Cavtat - antički Epidaurum u Jadranu je preteča Dubrovnika. Taj srednjovjekovni grad je izgrađen na padinama poluotoka sa dvije slikovite uvale.

Sve smještajne jedinice su potpuno opremljene, uključujući ručnike, plahte. Cijena uključuje sve troškove kao što su struja, voda i završno čišćenje. Transfer od zračne luke se može ugovoriti ako je potrebno.
Apartman se nalazi na dnu katu i ima svoj ulaz. Sastoji se od jedne spavače sobe, blagavaonice sa kuhinjom, kupatilo sa tuš kabinom i prekrasnom terasom na morskoj strani. Dodatna oprema uključuje SAT TV i klima uređajem.
- Za boravak kraći od 3 dana cijena se uvećava za 20%.
- Za potvrdu rezervacije potrebno je uplatiti od 30% ukupnog troška.

We were a group of 5 couples looking for a villa with 5 Bedrooms & 5 Bathrooms in the Dubrovnik area. Came across Villa Perla in a place called Cavtat. This old fishing village now a hidden gem for tourists was just superb. We were even more surprised with the accommodation than we had hoped for. The photos as good as they are, does not quite do the Villa justice.
Anita has an eye for detail & we had everything we needed. In 100 years you could not get tired of the views from the Balcony looking across to Dubrovnik. A supermarket 100mtrs away & the foreshore with many restaurants just waiting, only a short walk down hill.
The walk back up hill will work off the desert that you should not have had.
Anita also helped us out with a private island trip for 10 along with a private bus trip to Kotor. This saved us a lot of searching for the right trip.
Would like to go to Cavtat every year but unfortunately we live in Australia.

Our family group of 11 adults stayed in the delightful Villa Perla for 1 week, 29 May to 5 June 2016, for our daughter's wedding. The 'groom & bride to be' stayed in the Sunset Suite.
We were all very happy with the accommodation. The kitchen, living area and balcony are spacious and tastefully decorated, with everything provided for self catering. All of the bedrooms are en suite and beautiful.
The views from the balcony are stunning & we enjoyed several wonderful sunsets!
The pool and patio are very pleasant; a lovely sunny area!
The location is perfect with easy access to the town, where there are plenty of bars & restaurants. There is a short climb back to the property from the harbour.
Cavtat is a beautiful centre with lovely walks around the headlands.
This was our fourth visit and we intend to return soon.
Many thanks to Anita who made us very welcome. She makes a perfect host and performed the wedding ceremony professionally & with good humour - perfect!
I would certainly recommend Villa Perla to prospective visitors to Cavtat.

recently stopped here for a week for my sisters wedding.
villa has recently been refurbed and is excellent.
every room has a en-suite.
living area is now open plan with large doors onto sun terrace.
would deffinetly stay in again without hesitation!!
