Studio apartman se nalazi u prvom redu do mora, a šetnicom se može doći do čuvenih zadarskih morskih orgulja. MOžete uživati u najljepšem zalasku sunca.
Uz studio apartman se nalazi i vinski podrum od kamena, i tu možete degustirati vina. Tu je i ljetna kuhinja gdje se možete odmoriti doručkovati ili večerati.
Imamo i osiguran parking.

Great place, great people, I really recommend this place!!!, September 2009
We booked this for 2 nights initially and liked it so much we stayed 4 nights more..The house is situated in a beautiful location, by a promenade bordered with olive and pine trees along the adriatic..the sunset just outside the house was most spectacular!! the house is pretty and has a lovely garden, we loved our little terrace, perfect to chill in the evenings!the flat was extremely clean, spacious,the bed big, comfy and furnished and we had the best sleep as it was so quiet! it only took us 15 mins walking on that gorgeous promenade to the heart of old town..and you can stop to swim anywhere on your way! The owners are the nicest people ever- they came to pick us up at the bus station in the car since we were getting in quite late at night, and took us back there on our last day too..they also gave us good chat, offered us to taste local food and wine, they really cared about our wellbeing..We really felt like at home.
This is such good value for money that I really encourage anyone to book this flat. You will not be disapointed.
