Perfect room!
My husband and I stayed in Pero & Gordana's room for 10 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Pero picked us up at the airport and offered us drinks when we arrived at the apartment. My favorite feature, by far, was the large private deck overlooking Dubrovnik. We ate breakfast out there every morning and watched the sunset almost every night. There is a fridge, microwave, dishes, and a hotpot for any dining needs and air-conditioning for the warm Croatian days (and nights). The walk down to the Old City takes about 10 minutes and from there you can catch a bus going almost anywhere. The hike going back up to the room certainly forces you to stop and enjoy the view. However, when you get back to the room and you sit on the deck overlooking the Old City, you realize that hiking all those stairs was completely worth it. Thank you Pero and Gordana for being so wonderful! I hope your future guests can use the books and swimming gear we left :)

Absolutely wonderful place to stay!We have found in Pero and Gordana Sutic’s apartment everything we wish to have, down to the last detail. The hosts are like your relatives who have waited just for you and welcome you with amazing sincerity. The room itself has everything which you can need: fridge for cold drinks, own bathroom, very comfortable bed, homely cleanliness and is quiet. The landlords really respect your privacy but yet are always ready to help you with any of your needs. We have been overwhelmed by generosity and warmth of Pero and Gordana. They have offered us a lift as a gesture of hospitality, tips about the town, shopping and many others which I have found very caring of them.
The view from balcony is exactly like on the photos, and will not disappoint. It is only one small disadvantage: the stairs which leading up and steep to house. For us it was nothing but very good circuit after yummy pizzas in the old town.

Nous sommes ravi de notre sejour !!! Nous avons passé 14 jours dans une chambre tout confort( clim,mini-frigo,micro-onde, vaisselle, salle de bain impecable !!) et surtout critere tres important à nos yeux : trés propre!
Ce qui nous a conquis c'est ce balcon avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville et ces remparts, sur Lokroum, sur gruz , trés romantique au couché du soleil.
De plus nous étions proche des arrets de bus notament le bus n°3 que nous avons empreinté pour aller jusqu'au nouveau port(direction les iles ephalites : à voir absolument !)
La chambre se trouve au pied du mont"srd"ce qui nous a permis de faire une petite randonné super sympa !!!
Nous avons était envouté par ces charmantes ruelles en escaliers qui descendent jusqu'à la vieille ville !!!!!
Je tiens surtout à dire que la famille Sutic et trés accueillante ( nous avons eu droit a un pot d' accueil )
Pero est venu et nous a ramener a l'aeroport !!! merci encore !!
Nous avons adoré parler avec Gordania qui parle trés bien l'anglais!
Ils sont tres agreable,disponible c'est une famille extra et trés respectueuse( ils ont etait trés attentif à notre confort durant le sejour ).
Il y a encore pleins de choses a raconter tellement nous sommes tombé sous le charme de la region de dubrovnik et de la famille Sutic!!
Nous gardons de trés bons souvenirs et nous recommandons cette adresse !!!!
The best place to spend a holiday!
We have really enjoyed our stay with the Sutic’ family during two weeks in July 2010! We were more than satisfied with the room and price offered and what was especially pleasant with warm welcome and hospitality shown by this nice family. Actually we felt ourselves there as home!Main advantage of this room is an amazing panoramic view to the Old Town of Dubrovnik, Lokrum Island and to the sea which we have enjoyed from the balcony. Frankly speaking despite all sightseeings of Dubrovnik and the region and lots of worth visiting places some nights we could not help sitting on the balcony with fruits and cooled wine admiring the night panorama. We would like to use this opportunity once again to thank Mr. Pero Sutic, his wife Mrs. Gordana and their son for warm welcome and the efforts to make our holiday in Croatia interesting, filled with positive emotions and memories. Of course Dubrovnik is the place to visit, Mr. Pero’s room is the place to stay and members of his family are very nice people to meet with. Thanking you for your attention we wish you good holiday in Dubrovnik!
Ljetovanje kod obitelji Sutić
Provela sam sedam nezaboravnih dana u Dubrovniku, prvi put sam posjetila taj prekrasan grad i preporučila bih svima da ga posjete. Nadasve me oduševila gostoljubljivost ljudi koji žive dolje. Apartman je bio predivan, uživala sam na terasi s pogledom na stari grad. Vlasnici apartmana su prekrasni ljudi koji su nam ponudili i prijevoz do aerodroma, što je rijetkost. Sve je bilo uredno, čisto, osjećala sam se kao doma. Svima bih preporučila obitelj Sutić kao domaćine. Nadam se da ću i slijedeće godine godišnji odmor provesti dolje.Poseban pozdrav gđi. Gogi
FANTASTIC VIEW, KIND OWNERS - 5 STARS
WE STAYED 3 NIGHTS IN THIS UP IN THE HILL ROOM, WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW OVER THE OLD CITY AND THE COAST. JUST LIKED TO STAY LONGER. I WILL FOR SURE GO BACK TO DUBROVNIK AND WOULD LIKE TO STAY THERE AGAIN. THE OWNERS WERE THE MOST KIND AND NICE I´M MET IN MY 15 DAYS HOLYDAYS IN BEAUTIFUL CROATIA. MY REGARDS TO THE LADY OWNER.
